La Couronne de Perles

Where the serenity of pearls meets the uncompromising brilliance of diamonds.

La Couronne de Perles is an ode to modern aristocracy, where the serenity of pearls meets the uncompromising brilliance of diamonds. Conceived as a single visual statement, the parure comprises a structured choker necklace and a pair of articulated drop earrings, each piece echoing the other's language of graduated lustre and faceted light. The necklace is built in sweeping, graduated pearl garlands that create depth across the décolletage. Two tiers of diamond rivière trace the collarbone before giving way to cascading rows of luminous pearls, their sizes carefully graded from the outer edges toward a commanding central diamond motif that anchors the entire composition. Pear-shaped diamond drops, set in finely pierced white gold, descend rhythmically between the pearls, introducing vertical movement and capturing light at every turn. The effect is deliberately regal, recalling the layered colliers of European court jewellery yet rendered with a clarity of line that feels entirely contemporary. The accompanying earrings mirror this architecture in miniature: a single pearl surmount leads to an openwork diamond link, then resolves in a pear-shaped diamond drop that sways gently with the wearer. Together, the suite carries real presence, the kind of quiet weight felt the moment it settles against the skin.
